Zampple Hellas

Zampple is a very innovative way of increasing the value and decreasing the cost of product research by combining and leveraging tryvertising (advertising through trial) and word of mouth activities.

It is a consumer club that operates in a physical location (zampple store) with over 5,000 members who visit the store once every month and select a number of products they are interested in trying at home. After trial, consumers log into their online account and complete a questionnaire. Brands can see results along with category, subcategory and past initiative benchmarks in real time through a state of the art online platform.

Freedom of choice (vs. traditional imposed placement) coupled with a "game" of earning points from evaluations dramatically improves quality and richness of feedback while at the same time creates strong connections between brands and consumers.
