Equipment: 12 CATI stations, Sawtooth software, custom market intelligence software, eyetracking tools

Qualitative: interviews, focus groups, observation, mystery shopping.
Equipment: room for implementation and observation with one-way mirror, AV technology, CAQDA, data base of potential participants.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
- Research for support of product development: multi-method approach combining observation, benchmarking and conjoint analysis (CVA-conjoint value analysis, ACA-adaptive conjoint analysis and CBC-choice based conjoint)
- Research for support of planning and evaluation of communication activities supporting the whole communication cycle
- Brand measurement and development (architecture, identity, positioning, extension): multi-method approach combining secondary data analysis, survey, perceptual mapping and focus groups
