Insight is more than faithful reportage of ‘everything people said’.

It is the ability to ‘sense’ the potential core cross-cultural similarity and relevance of ideas, feelings, relationships, between consumers, product categories and brands. That’s where experience counts, and Richard Auton has over 25 years’ experience in doing just that.

Supported by a team of 15 heavyweight Associate researchers (most with serious language ability) and a dedicated coordination team based in London, we handle everything up to the largest global studies, moderating ourselves in the UK but working with selected qualitative partners in other markets. However, Richard Auton always takes personal responsibility for the final insights and recommendations.

Although much of our business is international, we regularly conduct ‘UK only’ studies as part of our offer.
