E.M.R.A. (European Market Research Associates)

EMRA is a full service company specialising in qualitative research in three main areas: Business to Business, Healthcare and Cross Cultural Consumer (analysing and interpreting the behaviour of French consumers for non French clients).

Caroline Baker has worked in Business to Business research, notably in new technology markets for nearly thirty years: initially in London, then in France from 1982 onwards.

Florence Coste qualified as a doctor before moving across to marketing; she has worked on a wide variety of healthcare reseach projects over the last fourteen years.

We are both fully involved in all the research conducted by EMRA, from project management to moderating focus groups or IDIs and analysing/presenting final results. Our network of interviewers throughout France is specialised in face to face depth interviews with consumers and professionals and in-home product tests.
