Ferro Explore! is a middle sized qualitative research agency. Our mission is to use qualitative research in order to inspire our clients to better marketing and communication. We have an experienced staff: seven very senior researchers. We conduct both consumer and b-to-b research: brand image and brand positioning, communications, product development, product usage and attitudes, customer satisfaction, opinion research, et cetera. Clients both in profit sector (food, fast moving, financial, publishers, retail and more) and non-profit sector. Each project is handled by a project team, at least one of them being a senior researcher. In order to obtain the best quality of response, we are constantly working on our existing techniques and exploring new ones. Ferro Explore! developed for instance a unique form of narrative research, Explore!TheStory.

We are located in the Netherlands. We offer high standard research facilities in an atmosphere that stimulates both client and respondent to be creative.
