This ranges from telephone survey centers at two locations, via multi-browser, multi-device-capable online surveys with complex routings, customer-specific designs, integration of external tools, visuals, videos, personal surveys via tablets and smartphones, to dispatch handling. In addition to data collection using various methods, DemoSCOPE sees itself as an expert in data processing and analysis.
1. Social and market research informatics: we use powerful software that supports the entire study and survey process, directly integrates different survey methods, and leaves extensive design options open.
2. Data processing and analysis: preparation, processing, and analysis of large data sets, as well as extrapolations, are part of our range of services. We prepare reports according to individual and customer-specific needs.
3. ICT (Information and Communication Technology): a powerful data center with virtual and physical servers, IT and telephony infrastructure for handling telephone studies are state-of-the-art and operated by our own ICT team. Smooth processes and a high degree of transparency are thus guaranteed. To ensure maximum security of data and systems, DemoSCOPE operates its entire ICT infrastructure from an energy-efficient, ISO 27001 certified Tier Level 4 data center in Switzerland.
