With over 150 CATI stations, all interviews are conducted by experienced telephone interviewers many of whom have conducted thousands of market research surveys.

On average, we conduct over 250,000 research and customer satisfaction surveys every year on behalf of our clients which range from simple questionnaires to more complex quota driven global engagements, through to supporting the delivery of on-going NPS (Net Promoter Score) programmes.
