Through the years, we have conducted a wide range of projects in Denmark and the Nordic countries for both national and international clients.

Our data collection capabilities includes:

Telephone interviews. In our call-center in Aarhus we have 55 fully equipped CATI-stations and our expert interviewers conduct all types of telephone-based data collection.

Recruitment and focus groups. Our highly qualified recruiters carry out recruitment and our experienced moderators conduct focus groups. We can do this at our offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus or somewhere else in Denmark, if more relevant.

Hall-test and face-to-face interviews. We offer CAPI with countrywide coverage across Denmark and our well-trained and highly experienced team of interviewer’s complete hall-tests, face-to-face and in-home interviews.

Mystery Shopping. Our quality shoppers work within general consumer categories and target groups as well as among specialized segments.

WEB interviews. We offer all kinds of Web interviews using client databases. And we can act as purchaser of panel interviews from online panel providers nationally and internationally.
