IFES - Institute for Empirical Social Research

Established in 1965, the Institute for Empirical Social Research (IFES) is one of Austria's largest research institutes. Our main field is the conduct of surveys, quality being our top-priority principle. To best meet our individual client's needs we can rely on the experiences and qualifications of around 30 fellow employees and a staff of about 450 interviewers. IFES's USP is the unique combination of field research and high-quality social research, conducted through decades. The well-known and approved services, like the media analysis or multi-client/purpose surveys will of course form an important part of the product range in the future. IFES offers methodological variety with individual solutions based on international standards as well as on our practical experience of more than 40 years of research.
