Founded in 1992 Public Opinion Foundation is now one of the largest and best-known nationwide research agencies.

One of our main advantages is our regional network of branches. The network consists of reliable permanent partners in more than 80 regions in Russia (where 98% of whole country population reside).

Public Opinion Foundation (POF) conducts almost all kinds of quantitative and qualitative research. We are well known in Russia for applying new methodologies. There are some unique among them (for CIS MR sphere):
• “Fomnibus” (weekly Omnibus type survey with a unique sample calculation)
• “Georating” (the most large-scale tracker in Russia with 34’000 respondents sample)
• Online FGDs (POF is the only research agency providing diverse online FGD methodology)

Our mission is to be precise and professionally honest at every stage of any study. We are proud that our professionalism and enthusiasm was recognized by Russian MR market: in 2008 POF got the status of “the best research agency in Russia” (according to advertology.ru survey).
