What makes us different is our style. In respect of our clients, there are two things we don’t forget.

One is that running a business is hard. Succeeding at it involves respect for the past, acute understanding of the present and informed anticipation of the future. Anyone who thinks it’s easy hasn’t tried it.

The second thing we don’t forget is to stand up to our clients. Because we are no use to them if we hold up a mirror to what we think they want to hear.
