Rather than treating respondents like inventory, we relentlessly focus on building relationships with healthcare professionals, both within our panel that spans over 40 different therapeutic areas and beyond. Maximizing the addressable universe for any research project is critical. Panels are often too limiting, because many people are willing to complete a survey and will not commit to joining a panel. We are fully transparent with our clients and provide them with a strategy as to how their project is going to get done.
