Since its establishment in 1979, Adams Communications has provided telephone fieldwork and other research services to domestic and international research agencies and final clients. We are one of the few research agencies in Japan with in-house CATI facilities. Adams has several proprietary research products including:
- JapanBus The JapanBus is a regularly conducted omnibus with nationwide coverage using RDD.
- MMMR & JBRS
The MMMR is a media survey conducted with upper middle managers while the JBRS (co-branded with Ipsos-MORI) is a media survey of top Japanese businessmen.

In addition to our proprietary products, Adams Communications also conducts well over 400 ad-hoc research projects a year across a wide spectrum of industries including consumer packaged goods, technology and B2B. Many of the projects we conduct are branding, advertising testing, and customer satisfaction studies.
