PARS is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya and has experience and capacity to carry out. PARS has research assignments in 4 African regions which include; Eastern, Western, Southern and Central Africa through field research teams and partners. All our in-country teams in the various countries we operate in, regularly receive refresher trainings on all research techniques and procedures to ensure that they are always up-to-date and compliant on the latest research trends. A mandatory requirement at PARS is, for all our research staff to be up-to-date on their ethics certification (FHI360), and are not blacklisted on any of the authorized research governing bodies (local, regional or international).
PARS has in-house capability to implement a wide range of surveys. They include but are not limited to large scale household surveys in Kenya, Eastern, Western, Southern and Central Africa; market and consumer behavior surveys; employee surveys; baseline, midterm, end-term and impact evaluations among others. PARS has also capacity to use various platforms for data collection and analysis such as ODK-ONA, KOBO Collect, Survey CTO, SPSS, R and STATA (for quantitative analysis) and Nvivo (for qualitative analysis). PARS also uses CAPI, CATI, CAWI for data collection. PARS also ensures issues of ethical consideration, safeguarding, human rights and data protection are engrained in the entire research process. We have well instituted measures to ensure a high level of quality control.
